An ITV insider said: “The producers have been very firm with her from the offset, telling her we’re a family show.
“Nudity, and any other rude or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated, but everyone is still slightly anxious.”
While in Amsterdam for the EMA’s, Miley spent two nights at a notorious cannabis cafe called The Greenhouse in Amsterdam, where the drug is legal. She partied with model Cara Delevingne.
